In order to ensure a seamless connection to Gain Compliance, we ask that your IT team use the following information and to allow your corporate firewall and/or vpn access to use Gain Compliance’s application. Please allow the following domains:

For timely and successful communications from the Gain Compliance Team - please whitelist the following email domains:

All client emails from Gain Compliance will come from this domain. Please add it to any internal configurations and filters to properly receive communications from this domain.

Unable to Connect

If you encounter an error message similar to the image below - your network may be blocking one of the approved domains listed above. Your IT team will be needed to help resolve the network error.
